This year’s Spring meeting will be held in Shrewsbury, Shropshire on Saturday 26 May. The theme is ‘Priestley and the Countryside’.
The venue is the Hobbs Room, Shrewsbury Library. This is located in Castle Gates, Shrewsbury – a short walk up the hill from the railway station. This is a free event and is also being advertised locally.
The meeting will start at 11.00 with refreshments, the talk by Mark Mason will begin at 11.30 (including readings by members of their favourite pieces by Priestley).
Lunch at a local pub or café will be at 1.00, followed by a short walk around this historic town.
